Can I get a refund if I cancel before the health check appointment?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel your health check (not applicable on vaccination appointments), please write to healthi customer support to cancel the order. 

You need to raise the request for refund before your date of appointment, In case of requests after date of appointment, 5% cancellation fee would be deducted. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
